i have 2 small cnc's on there way (next couple weeks)
i can machine smaller pieces 2d and some 3d
please contact for what is wanted or needed to see capabilities and turn around times

3 axis knee mill
older but has decent size


here aree some dimensions that i know of with it so far

Table Travel ( X-Axis)           31"

Saddle Travel (Y-Axis)           17"

Might want to think about getting a radiator blanket as well when you place your order
(no sense in wasting anymore energy through your radiator)

When quoting prices, are you taking into account the blank billet required?  If you are, then I may have a contract type job for you :)  I just haven't sourced the required billet alum to do this with, so, you'll have to find some, start piece will need to be 4" x 7" x 3" I do believe....if you can find that, then we'll have to chat.

I will need header flanges made beotch!!!!  2.2L Ecotech flanges to be exact.  Oh yeah I will need a BMW 2.2 2002tii exhaust and intake flange made for me and a BMW 3.5 haeder and intake flanges made.  I am sure anyone with 1/2 a CNC brain could make a flange from a gasket?Huh?

you send the gaskets and ill do what i can ok lol
but wait till the machines are running
we are still working on getting them going
one of them has a bad battery in the memory
and the other has to be moved today
plus we are still looking for a phase converter lol

My garage has TRIPLE PHASE!!!!  I have all three in my garage, triple, double and single phase.  The bridgeport uses 2 poles, while the TIG, MIG and Plasma Cutter use 3 phase.
