hi there,

i have an fz1 engine type 5vy? same a the R1 2004
the engine is in a little car and i want it to run with the ms2.

but.... I'm struggle with some problems..
i'm sorry its not turbo'd, but i think the people here know more about japanese bikes then on the msefi forum....

here we go:
- al the sensors, ignition and injection are original
- it triggers with the denso 24-2 wheel. i have some pictures later this day.
- the VR is 90degree from the missing teeth (#1 angle=90)
- running the ingnition with the cops in wasted spark mode using 4 igtb's from bosch
- i have no turbo (yet) and try to run it with alpha-N, should i use Alpha_N for ignition to?
- in test mode i have spark and fuel
- while cranking the rpm goes up and down from 280 rpm to 0 to 280 rpm etc.. thanx to the 24-2 from denso?
- the timing while cranking is way off.. a big bang from the exhuast

question, how do i get the timing right? maybe someone have installed the same triggerwheel

also how do i set a proper ignition table for a motorcycle engine?
